【摘要】 目的探究复方丹参滴丸联合尼可地尔治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取2012年11月—2013年11月枣庄市薛城区人民医院收治的120例稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。对照组患者在常规治疗基础上采用复方丹参滴丸治疗,治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上联合尼可地尔治疗。比较两组患者治疗6周后心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 (1)心绞痛疗效:治疗组患者心绞痛改善情况优于对照组(u=1.972,P=0.048)。(2)心电图疗效:治疗组患者心电图改善情况优于对照组(u=2.126,P=0.033)。(3)不良反应:治疗组有4例(6.7%)、对照组有3例(5.0%)患者出现轻微头晕,两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.152,P=0.697)。结论复方丹参滴丸联合尼可地尔治疗稳定型心绞痛临床疗效显著,不良反应轻微。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compound danshen dripping pills( CDDP) combined with nicorandil on stable angina pectoris. Methods From November 2012 to November 2013,a total of 120 patients with stable angina pectoris were selected in the People’ s Hospital of Xuecheng District,Zaozhuang,and they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each of 60 cases. Patients of control group were given CDDP based on conventional therapy,while patients of treatment group were given nicorandil based on the therapy of control group. Angina pectoris improvement and electrocardiogram improvement were compared between the two groups after 6 weeks of treatment, and incidence of adverse reactions were recorded. Results The angina pectoris improvement of treatment group was better than that of control group( u =1. 972,P = 0. 048). The electrocardiogram improvement of treatment group was better than that of control group, too( u =2. 126,P = 0. 033). The incidence of adverse reactions of treatment group was 6. 7%,that of control group was 5. 0%,the difference was not statistically significantly different( χ2= 0. 152,P = 0. 697).
