【摘要】 目的分析尼莫地平治疗高血压性脑出血的临床疗效及对早期血肿体积的影响。方法选取2011年2月—2013年5月峡江县人民医院收治的高血压性脑出血患者69例,随机分为观察组35例和对照组34例。对照组患者采用常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上联合尼莫地平治疗。比较两组患者治疗后美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS评分)、血肿体积及临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前NIHSS评分、血肿体积比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗3、7、10 d后NIHSS评分均高于对照组,血肿体积均小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者中优18例、良14例、差3例,对照组患者中优11例、良13例、差10例,观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论尼莫地平治疗高血压性脑出血的临床疗效较好,能有效改善患者神经功能,缩小血肿体积。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of nimodipine on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and its impact on early hematoma volume. Methods A total of 69 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected in the People’s Hospital of Xiajiang County from February 2011 to May 2013,and they were randomly divided into observation group( n = 35)and control group( n = 34). Both groups were given conventional therapy, while observation group was given extra nimodipine. NIHSS score,hematoma volume before treatment and 3,7,10 days after treatment were compared between the two groups,and clinical effect after two weeks was observed. Results No statistically significant differences of NIHSS score,hematoma volume was found between the two groups before treatment( P > 0. 05); NIHSS score of observation group was higher than that of control group 3,7,10 days after treatment,respectively( P < 0. 05),while hematoma volume of observation group was smaller than that of control group 3,7,10 days after treatment,respectively( P < 0. 05).
