【摘要】 新世纪之初,教育部颁布了《全日制义务教育普通高级中学英语课程标准(实验稿)》,随后分别在2003年和2011年颁布了《普通高中英语课程标准(实验)》和经修订的《义务教育英语课程标准(2011年版)》。这些新课标的颁布,标志着一场真正意义上的全国性基础教育英语课程改革经历了启动、推广、完善的过程。这场"新课改"代表了对传统教学理念的一种重构,是一次教学模式的转型。作为中小学英语教学人才培养的摇篮,高师也是这场新课改中不可或缺的一员。本文通过收集数据,解读了新课标对高师英语人才培养模式所带来的变化,探讨了高师英语教师对新课标引领的教学理念重构以及教学模式转型所受影响的现实状态。文章揭示了高师英语教师在新课标下的专业发展所面临的困境,最后对如何走出这些困境提出了粗浅的看法。更多还原

【Abstract】 At the turn of the new century,the Ministry of Education issued The English Curriculum Standards for the full-time students who receive compulsory education or those who study in senior high schools(Experimental Draft).Later on,The English Curriculum Standards for the full-time students in senior high schools(Experimental Draft)and The English Curriculum Standards for the full-time students who receive compulsory education(Edition of 2011)were issued respectively in2003 and 2011.The issuance of these new curriculum standards represents such a fact that a real nationwide English curriculum reform for basic education has gone through its process from initiation,to popularization,and to perfection.This"New Curriculum Reform"stands for a reconceptualization of the traditional way of teaching and an innovation of models of classroom management.As the cradles of English teachers for primary and secondary schools,normal universities are an inseparable link of this reform.This present paper,by collecting data from various sources,tries to show the changes brought about by the new English Curriculum Standards on the college-level teacher-training programs.It will also try to show how much were English teachers in the normal universities influenced by this reconceptualization of teaching and the innovation of models of classroom management.The paper,then,goes on to demonstrate the dilemmas confronted by English teachers in the normal universities as to how to achieve their professional development at the general background of the new English Curriculum Standards.Finally some tentative suggestions will be proposed as to how to get a way out of these dilemmas.更多还原
