National Voluntary Demonstration Base for Helping-the-Disabledat Guangxi Teachers Education University has gained a rich experience in voluntary tutoring for the disabled and made some great achievements.However,there are also some problems needed to be carefully considered,such as how to integrate the social-work value into the team-building through prospective activities and how to make this team more standardized and professionalized.
