【摘要】 村民民主自治是中国特色社会主义农村基层民主制度,是我国农村基层民主制度建设的核心内容。村民自治在我国农村基层民主建设中发挥了相当重要的作用,同时,村民民主自治发展也面临着困境:片面的村民民主自治观念、民主选举中的形式主义与贿选现象、民主决策的行政化倾向、民主管理欠规范化、民主监督乏力等。研究这些问题是完善村民自治制度,使之便于广大农村干部群众能够实际运用和操作,推进我国社会发展进程的必然要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Villagers’ democratic autonomy is the basic system of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics,and is also the key part of the construction of rural grass-roots democratic system.Villagers’ autonomy has played a very important role in the construction of rural grass-roots democracy.However,there are some problems in the course of system’s development such as unilateral democratic autonomy,formalism and bribery during democratic elections,administrative tendency in democratic decision-making,non-standard democratic management,powerless democratic supervision and so on.It is beneficial for rural cadres to operate the practical situation by analyzing these problems,and it is also the inevitable demand for the progress of our society’s development.更多还原
