构建以培养创新型科技人才的实践教学体系

【摘要】 培养大学生的创新精神、创新意识和创新能力是当前高校教学改革的重点,也是深化落实科学发展观,建设创新型国家的客观需求。对于工程应用型的专业来说,实践教学不仅能培养学生的实践能力,更能直接培养学生的创新意识和创新能力,全面体现学生的工程应用能力和科技创新精神。上海电力学院应用化学专业水处理方向教学体系改革中的重大举措即为构建以培养创新型水处理工程科技人才为核心的实践教学体系,通过该实践教学体系的建设,大大提高学生的工程实践能力和科技创新能力。

【Abstract】 To cultivate students’ innovation spirit,innovation consciousness and innovation ability is the key to the reform of higher education,and is also the requirement of implementation of scientific outlook on development and the demand of building an innovative country. For the students with major of engineering application,practice teaching can not only train their ability of practice,but also cultivate them innovation consciousness and ability. The water treatment specialty,applied chemistry major of Shanghai University of Electric Power initiates the reform of the teaching system which takes the core of cultivating innovative engineering and technical talent. A practice teaching system is constructed,it greatly improves the engineering practice ability and innovation ability of science and technology.
