【Abstract】 On the basis of the research of the cooperation between university and college、government and enterprise,the author studies the cooperation between university and college、government and enterprise originated from the Policy of Education、the need of the combination of production、learning and research、the successful experience of talent cultivation overseas and the successful practical experience in domestic universities. Then the author analyzes their respective roles of university and college、government and enterprise in cooperation. University and college provide knowledge and techniques for enterprise,as well as professionals for enterprise. Government drives、regulates,controls and monitors the cooperation between university and college 、government and enterprise,at the same time provides a good environment for the cooperation. Enterprise shares the equipments,takes responsibility of the maintenance and upgrading of products and provides feedbacks of market.
