【摘要】 针对创建工业与信息化部实验教学示范中心问题,结合中心申请建设经验,提出了部级示范中心的总体目标和建设内容。采用申请建设同步和改革与实践并举的办法,着重解决了示范创建中心的三个主要问题:师资队伍建设、管理与共享机制运行和实验教学内容方法的改革实践问题。强调以团队建设为目标引领优化师资队伍建设;依托网络手段建立管理信息平台与建立科学、合理的管理机制;采用整合教学资源,调整实验室布局、实验教学场地的办法建设资源共享平台;以提供优质实验教学资源为引领明确了教学理念与定位,改善了方法与手段,优化充实了实验教学内容体系。经过2年实践,中心建设管理规范,推动了资源共享,提升了教学质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The overall goal was determined based on experience of construction of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology experimental teaching demonstration center. The application and practice of the construction and reform of both synchronous approach were employed. It was focused on three main problems in the demonstration center establishment: teaching team; management and sharing mechanism reform practice; experimental methods of teaching content. It emphasized team establishment by which the teaching staff were optimized; establishment of network management information platform and the establishment of a scientific and rational management mechanism. A resource sharing platform was con-structured by integrating teaching resources, adjusting the layout of the laboratory and experimental teaching spaces. In order to provide high-quality experimental teaching resources to lead a clear teaching philosophy and positioning,methods and means were improved and the experimental teaching system was optimized.After two years of practice,conclusion that was summed up for the demonstration center construction could help to standardize management,help to promote the sharing of resources and help to improve the quality of teaching experience in three. A practical exploration experience was provided domestic counterparts to carry out related thing.更多还原
