【Abstract】 From viewpoint of enhancing university-enterprise cooperation,this paper actively absorbs technical experts of enterprises to participate in the talent training scheme,construction of curriculum system,and practical teaching process. Through the integrated optimization of pharmaceutical laboratory on campus,we propose to strengthen the construction of the specification of off-campus practice bases,design practice module combination of different models to greatly satisfy the requirement of the student internship and conduct various employment related knowledge and skills.These measures can guide and promote students’ autonomous learning,deepen educational reform,build the multi-angle,multifaceted " multidimensional medicine practice teaching system ". It is proved the reform improves pharmaceutical college students’ innovative ability and the employment competitiveness.更多还原
