【摘要】 无特定病原体(Specific Pathogen Free,SPF)级实验动物是生命与医学科学研究中公认的标准实验动物,生物医学等领域的发展和进步依赖于高质量的实验动物,而科学的设计、建设、使用和管理SPF级动物实验室,则是提供该级别实验动物的前提条件。按照《中华人民共和国实验动物管理条例》的要求,建设和管理SPF级动物实验室,并制定了一系列的管理措施。建成后的SPF级动物实验室的各项条件均符合国家有关标准,经验收合格,取得了《实验动物使用许可证》,保证了SPF级动物实验室的正常建设和运行,提供了SPF级实验动物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Specific pathogen free( SPF) experimental animals are the accepted standard in experimental animals of life and medical research,development and progress of biomedical and other fields depend on the higher quality of the experimental animals. Hence,scientific design,construction,use and management of SPF animals laboratory,are the prerequisite of this level of experimental animals. Construction and management of SPF animal laboratory are discussed,and a series of management measures are formulated,according to the requirements of People ’s Republic of China Laboratory Animal Management Regulations. The conditions which are necessary to be built for SPF animal laboratory are in line with relevant national standards. The lab has passed through acceptance from Department of Science and Technology of Hubei Province,and obtained experimental animal use license. Scientific measures ensure the normal construction and operation of the SPF animals laboratory,and supply of SPF experimental animals.更多还原
