【摘要】 对感冒药中阿片类毒品的检测用于法医毒物分析实验课教学进行了探索,在药品的取样量、液液萃取溶剂的选取等方面作了考察和比较。结果表明,采用强力枇杷露等感冒药作为检材、低毒的乙酸乙酯作为萃取剂可以降低毒品检测实验的开展难度,提高学生实验的安全性;与此同时,在保证实验效果的前提下可以提升实验的趣味性,激发学生的兴趣。该方法操作简便、快捷、涉及的有机溶剂毒性低,可以作为法医毒物分析或药物分析教学中检测阿片类毒品的实验方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 The feasibility of opiates detection using readily available medicine for colds as the samples for forensic toxicological analysis course was investigated in this study. Several factors like the sampling volume,the selection of extraction solvents were tested. The results that used medicine for colds as samples and ethyl acetate as the extraction solvent showed that this experiment would be simple,safe and interesting. Because of its convenience,efficiency and hypo toxicity,it was a suitable method for the courses of forensic toxicological analysis and pharmaceutical analysis.更多还原
