推挽型电力电子变压器的研究与设计

【摘要】 相较于传统的电力变压器,电力电子变压器是一种新型的将电力电子技术与高频变压器结合起来的电能传输装置。以改进型电力电子变压器为研究对象,提出两类新型电力电子变压器拓扑,一类为交流推挽型电力电子变压器;另一类为推挽型交-直-交电力电子变压器。这两类推挽型电力电子变压器所需元器件更少,结构更为简单紧凑,但具有与常用变压器相同的功率因数。分析了这两类新型电力电子变压器的理论基础和优点,并运用Matlab/Simulink进行了仿真分析,结果验证了方案的正确性。

【Abstract】 The development of Smart Grid and power electronic technologies has driven a lot of new development in power system,especially the development of power electronic transformer( PET). Comparing to the traditional electrical transformer,PET is a new kind of power transmission device,which combines the high-frequency transformer with the power electronic technologies. This paper takes improved power electronic transformer as the main analysis object,and proposes two new kinds of topologies for the transformer. The first kind is AC-AC push-pull power electronic transformer,and the second is AC-DC-AC push-pull power electronic transformer. These two are much simpler than the common transformer. They all need fewer components,but could get the equivalent power factor as the normal transformer. On the basis of theoretical analysis,the simulation is conducted by Matlab / Simulink,and results validate the effectiveness of schemes.
