【摘要】 针对实验技术队伍建设与管理,从实验室技术队伍的结构、人员素质、用人制度等方面进行分析,指出当前高校实验技术队伍普遍存在的问题有:高校实验技术人员年龄偏高、学历偏低、求知欲望偏低、创新能力偏低;实验技术人员的待遇和社会地位不高,人员流动性较大;实验技术队伍岗位考核评价体系不健全,等等。结合我校实验室技术队伍建设与管理的现状,提出加强实验室技术队伍建设的举措:加强领导,制定规章;明确实验技术队伍的构成及岗位职责;加大培养力度,切实提高实验技术队伍的专业水平和整体素质;合理配置人力资源,加强实验技术创新团队建设;强化岗位聘任,健全考核激励机制;创建和谐环境,稳定实验技术队伍。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the importance and the role of the construction and management of laboratory technician teams in higher education. The general problems contain lack of enthusiasm,high personnel turnover,unreasonable structure and lack of communication,etc. Some effective measures are presented to strengthen the construction of laboratory technician teams. These measures include strengthening leadership,developing regulations,formulating the structure and job responsibilities of laboratory technicians,improving the professional level and the overall quality of laboratory technicians,building experimental technology innovation team,building sound assessment and incentives,and creating a harmonious environment to stabilize experimental technical teams.更多还原
