【摘要】 目的 通过对几种治疗腕管综合征方法的比较,寻找各自适应证与优势,为临床提供可靠依据。方法 将传统方法与内窥镜方法通过适应证、手术创伤及并发症进行多角度评估。结果 各术式均有其特有的适应证,创伤大小并发症不同,需根据患者具体情况选择。结论 由于病因不同,治疗过程主要依据患者综合情况分析选择术式,才能使治疗达到满意效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare several kinds of treatment methods,and find their indications and advantages,and provide reliable basis for clinical.Methods Traditional:method and modified with endoscope through the indications,surgical trauma and complications to proceed the multi-angle evaluation.Results Because of their own indications,trauma complications and different size,need to choose according to patients condition.Conclusion For achieving satisfactory efFect treatment process choices should be based on the clinical situation.更多还原
