【摘要】 目的探讨针灸联合中医辩证用于治疗老年痴呆的临床效果。方法选取2012年3月—2013年10月住院治疗的老年痴呆患者共68例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组34例患者;其中观察组患者采用针灸联合中药辩证治疗,对照组患者只采用针灸治疗;记录对比2组患者治疗前后的脑CT变化、血清中甘油三酯、胆固醇及β-脂蛋白的变化,参照《老年呆病的诊断、辨证分型及疗效评定标准》判定患者的疗效;所有资料经统计软件分析,计数资料使用百分比、率进行描述性分析,并采用χ2检验。结果 68例患者治疗3个疗程共24例,治疗4个疗程共22例,治疗5个疗程共12例,治疗6个疗程共10例,观察组的总有效率为88.2%(30/34),显著高于对照组的67.6%(23/34),χ2=4.191,P<0.05;治疗后,2组的脑萎缩及血脂异常例数均减少,但2组之间差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论针药联合辩证治疗用于治疗老年痴呆患者疗效满意,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the curative effects of acupuncture combined with dialectical therapy of TCM in the treatment of senile dementia. Methods From March 2012 to October 2013 in our hospital a total of 68 patients with senile dementia were chosen and divided into the observation group and the control group using random number method( 34 cases in each group); The observation group were treated with acupuncture combined dialectical treatment of TCM while the control group were only given acupuncture treatment; Before and after treatment,the changes in brain CT,serum triglyceride,cholesterol and the change β-lipoprotein changes of the two groups were recorded and compared; The curative effect evaluation was determined according to the "evaluation criteria for the diagnosis,differentiation type of TCM and curative effect". The statistical software was used to perfume statistical analysis( χ2 test) for all data. Results 24 patients had 3 courses of treatment,22 cases had 4 courses of treatment,12 cases had 5 courses of treatment,and 10 cases had 6 courses of treatment. The total effective rate of the observation group was 88. 2%( 30 /34) which was significantly higher than 67. 6%( 23 /34) of the control group( χ2= 4. 191,P < 0. 05); after the treatment,the cases with brain atrophy and dyslipidemia were reduced in both groups,but there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups( all P > 0. 05). Conclusion The acupuncture combined with dialectical therapy has better curative effects on senile dementia,which is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
