【摘要】 目的探讨美国雅培i2000和Roche Cobas E601两种仪器检测黏蛋白型糖类蛋白肿瘤标志物(CA199)的所得值是否具有一致性或可比性。方法用雅培i2000和Roche Cobas E601两种仪器对352例血清标本进行CA199检测,并对检测结果进行统计学比较分析。结果血清CA199的阳性检出率雅培i2000的远高于Roche Cobas E601,χ2=109.8(P<0.05)。两种仪器检测结果的相关性分析,回归方程为Y=55.54+1.60×X,相关系数r=0.787,r2=0.62。6个区域雅培i2000和Roche Cobas E601所测CA199的均值在<100 U/ml以内相差不是很大,但在>100 U/ml就相差很大;6个相关方程的截距(a)相差太大,相关系数r太小,r2更小。结论美国雅培i2000和Roche Cobas E601两种仪器检测血清CA199所得值无一致性,也无可比性,所得值也不能通过某个参数或某个百分率来进行校正比对。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the compliance and comparability of the results between Abbott i2000 and Roche Cobas E601 in determining tumor marker CA199. Methods CA199 in 352 serum samples were detected by Abbott i2000 and Roche Cobas E601,and the test results were analyzed statistically and comparatively. Results The positive detection rate of serum CA199 detected by Abbott i2000 was higher than that by Roche Cobas E601,χ2= 109. 8( P < 0. 05). Between the results by two instruments,regression equation was Y = 55. 54 + 1. 60 × X and the correlation coefficient was r =0. 787,r2= 0. 62. In six regions,when the mean values of CA199 were less than 100 U / ml,the difference was not that much between the two instruments; but when they were > 100 U / ml,the difference varied widely. There were huge differences in the intercepts( a) of the six related equations. The correlation coefficient r was too small,and the r2 was even smaller. Conclusion There was neither consistency nor comparability in the results of serum CA199 measured by Abbott i2000 and Roche Cobas E601. The values also cannot be corrected or compared through a parameter or a percentage.更多还原
