【摘要】 为深入了解抚顺山区森林经营能力的现状,对其森林可持续经营水平进行客观分析,并提出合理意见,采用专家咨询法以及目标法构建出由4个层次,21个指标组成的森林可持续经营指标体系的评价标准,通过层次分析法和专家意见征询法确定出各个指标所占有的权重,并利用综合指标的计算公式求出抚顺山区的森林可持续经营的综合评价指数,进而对该地区的森林可持续经营能力进行评价分析。结果表明:抚顺山区森林可持续经营综合指数为0.816,树种结构单一、森林年平均病虫害发生率较高和森林消长速度过快是影响该地区森林可持续经营程度的3个最主要因素。以上结果说明抚顺山区森林可持续经营状态处于中等偏强水平,该地区森林资源总量处于可持续增长阶段,森林资源总量还可以进一步增加,并且要想提高其森林可持续经营能力,必须要丰富当地的树种结构,加大森林病虫害的防治力度以及严格控制森林的消长速度。本研究所构建的评价指标体系比较合理,能够客观真实地反映抚顺山区的森林经营实际状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 For understanding the current situation of forest management ability in Fushun mountain area, objectively analyzing its level of sustainable forest management, and putting forward reasonable suggestions, expert consultation method and target method were used to construct evaluation standards of forest sustainable management indicator system that consists of four levels, 21 indicators in this paper.The weight of each index was determined by the analytic hierarchy process and expert opinion. The comprehensive evaluation index of forest sustainable management in Fushun mountainous area was obtained by using the calculation formula of comprehensive index, and then the ability of forest sustainable management was evaluated and analyzed in the region. The results showed that the comprehensive index of forest sustainable management in Fushun mountain area was 0.816. Tree species was single. There were 3 main factors that influenced degree of forest sustainable management in the region, which included single tree structure, high forest annual average incidence of plant diseases and insect pests and fast forest growth rate. The above results showed that forest sustainable management status in Fushun mountain area is in the medium level. The total forest resources in the region are in the sustainable growth stage. Total forest resources could be further increased and to improve the forest sustainable management ability, it is necessary to enrich the local tree structure, strengthen prevention and control of forest diseases and insect pests, and strictly control the forest growth and decline rate.The evaluation index system constructed by this research is reasonable, which could objectively reflect the actual situation of forest management in Fushun mountainous area.更多还原
