【Abstract】 Acute pancreatitis is a common acute abdominal disease. The close collaboration of multiple discipline team(MDT) is fundamental for the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. There are obvious differences on therapy between different type of acute pancreatitis. The current consensus was made upon opinions of experts from gastroenterology, pancreatic surgery, severe medicine, traditional medicine and nutriology. A MDT-guided diagnosis and treatment protocol might be useful to improve the management of acute pancreatitis.更多还原
