利用夹点技术优化催化裂化装置的换热网络
OPTIMIZATION OF HEAT EXCHANGER NETWORK OF FCCU WITH PINCH TECHNOLOGY
【摘要】 某石化企业年处理量为1.40Mt的催化裂化装置存在较大的节能潜力,应用夹点技术对其能量利用状况进行分析与优化。研究结果表明:通过优化并改造换热网络,可使催化裂化装置节省1.0MPa蒸汽7.88t/h,节省循环水3.77t/h,节省电耗16kW;改造后催化裂化装置节能约109.19MJ/t,年经济效益增加1 221.3万元。
【Abstract】 Pinch technology was applied to optimize the heat exchanger network(HEN)for a petrochemical enterprise with a capacity of 1.4 Mt/a FCCU.The results show that the energy consumption of the whole FCCU are decreased by 7.88t/h of 1.0 MPa steam,3.77t/h of circulating water and 16 kW of electricity.And the comprehensive energy consumption of the optimized FCCU is decreased by109.19 MJ/t,equivalent to the benefit of$12.213million/a.
