【摘要】 目的观察匹多莫德口服液结合斯奇康治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法选取130例反复呼吸道感染患儿,分为观察组(n=68)和对照组(n=62)。对照组仅给予斯奇康治疗,观察组采用匹多莫德口服液联合斯奇康,比较两组患者血清细胞因子水平、体液免疫功能及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患者血清白介素12(IL-12)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平显著升高,白介素6(IL-6)、白介素10(IL-10)水平显著降低,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者血清Ig E水平显著降低,Ig A、Ig G水平显著升高,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和观察组治疗总有效率分别为75.8%和94.1%,观察组疗效显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论匹多莫德口服液结合斯奇康治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染,可显著改善患儿免疫功能,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of pidotimod oral solution combined with BCG-PSN in treatment of pediatric patients with recurrent respiratory tract infection. Methods A total of 130 pediatric patients with recurrent respiratory tract infection were divided into control group(n = 62) and observation group(n = 68). Pidotimod oral solution combined with BCG-PSN were used in patients of observation group and BCG-PSN alone was used in patients of control group. The serum levels of cytokines,humoral immune function and clinical efficacy were compared between these two groups. Results After treatment,the serum levels of IL-12 and IFN-γ in patients of observation group were significantly increased,and serum levels of IL-6 and IL-10 were significantly reduced in observation group and the difference was statistically significant compared with that of control group(P < 0. 05). The serum levels of Ig A and Ig G in observation group were significantly increased,and serum level of Ig E was significantly reduced in comparison with those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05).The clinical efficacy in patients of observation group was 94. 1% in comparison with that of 75. 8% in patients of control group,and the difference between these two groups was significant(P < 0. 05).
