【摘要】 目的探讨克氏针联合T型掌指骨钢板固定治疗Rolando骨折的疗效。方法选择Rolando骨折患者共23例,克氏针联合T型掌指骨钢板固定治疗,以手指关节总活动度(TAM)系统评定法评定患指功能。结果骨折愈合时间范围5~11周,平均愈合时间6.5±1.2周;术后均未发生针道感染,拔除克氏针未发现第一掌骨基底部再脱位。TAM评定结果:优8例,良10例,中4例,差1例,总体优良率78.26%。结论克氏针联合T型掌指骨钢板固定治疗Rolando骨折可获得较好的治疗效果,值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of combined Kirschner wire with T-plate metacarpal and phalangeal fixation in treatment of patients with Rolando fracture. Methods A total of 23 patients with Rolando fracture were collected in this study. The combination of T-plate metacarpal and phalangeal fixation with Kirschner wire had been applied in treatment of these patients. According to the systematic assessment of total activity of finger joints(TAM),the risks referring to the function of fingers had been evaluated. Results The healing time was 5 to 11 weeks,with the average healing time of 6. 5 ± 1. 2 weeks; and pin tract infection had not been occurred after surgery. After removal of Kirschner wire,there was no re-dislocation at the base of first metacarpus occurred in any case. The rate of TAM was excellent in 8 cases,good in 10 cases,median in 4 cases and poor in 1 case,with overall excellent rate of 78. 26%. Conclusion The application of combined Kirschner wire with T-plate metacarpal and phalangeal fixation can obtain better therapeutic effect in treatment of patients with Rolando fracture,hence it is worthy to be recommended for clinical application.更多还原
