CT能谱成像多参数联合鉴别诊断SOA与MCNs的价值探讨
The differential diagnosis value of CT imaging spectroscopy combined multi-parameter of SOA and MCNs
【摘要】 目的探讨CT能谱成像多参数联合鉴别诊断胰腺寡囊型浆液性囊腺瘤(SOA)与胰腺黏液性囊性肿瘤(MCNs)的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2011年1月至2014年5月术前行能谱CT检查并经手术切除,病理活检明确诊断的胰腺囊性肿瘤患者共38例,对比两组患者不同ke V水平的Ct值、不同时期有效原子序数、不同时期钙(水)浓度和碘(水)浓度。结果 SOA组的动脉期40~60 ke V及门静脉期40~50 ke V Ct值均显著低于MCNs组动脉期40~60ke V及门静脉期40~50 ke V Ct值(P<0.01)。SOA组的动脉期和门静脉期有效原子序数均显著低于MCNs组(P<0.01)。SOA组动、静脉期钙(水)浓度和碘(水)浓度均显著低于MCNs组(P<0.01)。结论 SOA与MCNs具有不同的能谱CT表现,CT能谱成像多参数联合可用于两者的鉴别诊断。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the differential diagnosis value of CT imaging spectroscopy combined multi- parameter of SOA and MCNs. Methods A retrospective analysis from January 2011 to May 2014 was performed in the spectrum preoperative CT scan. Patients with cystic pancreatic tumor biopsy were included into this study. All these patients were confirmed to a total of 38 cases. The different levels of CT values,the effective atomic number of different periods,calcium( water) and iodine concentration( water) concentration in different periods in two groups of patients were compared. Results CT values of 40 ~ 60 ke V in arterial phase and 40 ~ 50 ke V in portal venous phase of the SOA were significantly lower than MCNs group( P < 0. 01). SOA arterial and portal venous phase group were significantly lower than the effective atomic number MCNs group( P < 0. 01). Calcium( water) and iodine concentration( water) concentrations in the arterial phase and portal venous phase of the SOA were significantly lower than MCNs group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion SOA and MCNs have different performance in the spectrum CT. CT imaging spectroscopy can be used for joint multi- parameter differential diagnosis between SOA and MCNs.
