【摘要】 目的探索卵巢功能衰退加速阶段血清雌二醇(E2)、泌乳素(PRL)水平及绝经相关症状与抑郁焦虑发生的相关性。方法采用绝经生活质量问卷对邯郸市社区300名女性进行调查,使用医院焦虑抑郁量表对其抑郁焦虑症状进行评估,采用电化学发光法测定血清E2、PRL水平,分析在卵巢功能衰退加速阶段血清E2、PRL水平及绝经相关症状与抑郁焦虑的关系。结果血清E2水平在绝经过渡早期(EMT)与生育期无显著差异(P>0.05),在绝经过渡晚期(LMT)、绝经后早期(EPM)均显著低于生育期(P<0.05);血清PRL水平在EMT、LMT及EPM期均显著低于生育期(P<0.05);卵巢功能衰退加速各阶段中,抑郁和焦虑得分与血清E2和PRL水平均无显著相关性且与绝经症状不完全一致。结论应考虑卵巢功能衰退加速各阶段与抑郁、焦虑发生相关的绝经症状不完全一致的特点,有针对性地进行防治,降低更年期抑郁焦虑的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship of serum levels of E2,PRL and menopause related symptoms with anxiety and depression in the accelerated phase of ovarian aging process. Methods The quality of menopause life questionnaire was used to investigate 300 women in community of Handan City. The hospital anxiety and depression scale was used to evaluate the symptoms of anxiety and depression. Serum levels of E2,PRL were detected by electro-chemiluminescence immunoassay. Results There was no significant difference in the serum level of E2 between the EMT stage and the growth stage( P > 0. 05); The serum level of E2 was significantly lower in LMT and EPM phase than that in growth period( P < 0. 05). The serum level of FSH in EMT,LMT,EPM phase was significantly lower than that in growth period( P <0. 05); In each phase of ovarian aging accelerated process,the scores of depression and anxiety were not significantly correlated with serum levels of E2 and PRL,and not completely consistented with menopausal symptoms. Conclusions The characteristics should be considered that the menopause symploms related to depression,anxiety were not completely consistent in the accelerated phases of ovarian aging proces. Therefore,it is necessary to prevent the symptoms to reduce the incidence of depression and anxiety menopause.更多还原
