【摘要】 目的定性定量分析磁性附着体在老年全口覆盖义齿中的修复效果。方法回顾性分析了60例老年全口覆盖义齿中应用的78副Magfit磁性附着体患者的临床资料,随访2~4年。观察Magfit磁性附着体对老年全口覆盖义齿修复效果并进行定性分析,然后分析Magfit磁性附着体的全口覆盖义齿固位情况、比较加磁前后最大咬合力、2基牙与3基牙磁性附着体全口覆盖义齿的最大咬合力、固位力、咀嚼效率。结果 (1)经2~4年的随访观察,所有患者在讲话与咀嚼运动时义齿均未发生脱位,不翘动,且基托内无食物滞留情况;(2)上颌牙固位满意10例,固位良好20例;下颌牙固位满意10例,固位良好19例,固位改善1例;(3)左右侧加磁体前后最大咬合力差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但加磁体后12月与初安放磁体时最大咬合力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(4)初安放磁体时与加磁体后12月2基牙与3基牙最大咬合力及咀嚼效率相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但二者固位力方面的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(5)治疗过程中,未见任何不良反应发生。结论Magfit磁性附着体治疗老年全口覆盖义齿修复效果显著,安全性高,值得在临床上普及。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of the magnetic attachment in the restoration of complete overdenture in the elderly. Methods The clinical data of sixty cases of complete overdenture receiving the restoration with 78 Magfit magnetic attachments were retrospectively analyzed,and they were followed up for 2 to 4 years. The effects of Magfit magnetic attachment to repair the complete overdenture were qualitatively analyzed,and the retention of the complete overdenture was analyzed. The maximum bite force of complete overdenture,the second and the third abutment tooth,retention,chewing efficiency were analyzed before and after the restoration of magnetic attachment and compared. Results( 1) After 2 to 4 years of follow-up,no dislocation occurred in the denture during speech and chewing,and no food in the base plate stranded.( 2) The maxillary teeth showed satisfactory retention in 10 cases,good retention in 20 cases,and the mandibular teeth showed satisfactory retention in 10 cases,good retention in 19 cases,improved retention in 1 case.( 3) The maximum bite force on the left or right side was significantly improved after the restoration using magnetic attachments( P <0. 05),but showed no significant changes after 12 months( P > 0. 05).( 4) After restoration,the maximum bite force and the chewing efficiency showed no significant differences between the second and the third abutment tooth( P > 0. 05),while the retention showed significant difference( P < 0. 05).( 5) During the treatment,no adverse reactions occurred.Conclusions Magfit magnetic attachment shows remarkable effects in repairing complete overdenture.更多还原
