【摘要】 实验室开放对高校来说是一项十分重要的工作,对人才培养,特别是实践创新人才培养有着举足轻重的作用。文章立足天津科技大学,针对实验室开放中存在的问题,积极完善实验平台制度保障、加强实验平台硬件保障、做好实验队伍保障、构建实施实验教学共享平台、构建实验室管理平台及实验室开放绩效评价体系,实现了"以创新人才培养为核心,创新管理机制,全面提高我校实验教学水平和实验室使用效益,推进实验室全面开放共享"的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Open lab for college is a very important job. Personnel training,especially the open lab plays an important role in cultivating the talents of practice innovative. Based our school,we focused on the laboratory open problems,and actively improve the experimental platform system and strengthen the experimental platform hardware security,good experimental team support,build a shared platform for the implementation of experimental teaching,laboratory management to build an open platform and laboratory performance evaluation system.
