【摘要】 实验员在高校生物学教学与研究过程中发挥着重要作用。随着近年来生物技术的迅猛发展,生物学实验仪器设备逐渐走向高端化,新技术和新设备及当前实验教学改革的实际对实验员提出新的要求,因此建设服务意识强、技术过硬及具备创新意识及创新能力的实验员队伍是适应日益发展的生物学实验教学与科研的需要。文中分析了当前生物学实验员存在的主要问题,并对新形势下生物学实验员队伍建设进行了思考与探索,为建设合理稳定的高素质实验员队伍提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Technicians play an important role in biological teaching and researches of university. With the rapid development of biotechnology,biological instruments and applicants have become sophisticated and the new technology,brad- new applicants combined with the situation of the current reform in experiment teaching have triggered new criteria for technicians,Hence,it is necessary to construct a skillful technician auxiliary with strong sense of service,innovative consciousness and ability. This paper analyzed the main problems posed before the technicians,and made deep thoughts and explorations on the construction of the technician auxiliary under new situations,which may provide theoretical basis for the construction of the reasonable and stable technician auxiliary with high capability.更多还原
