【摘要】 目的:探讨Th1/Th2平衡在复发性阿弗他溃疡(RAU)免疫发病机制中的作用及意义。方法:RAU患者35例(轻型25例重型10例)及健康对照24例采用流式细胞术(CBA)检测患者溃疡期血清中Th1类细胞因子(IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-2)及Th2类细胞因子(IL-4、IL-6、IL-10)的表达水平分析其与RAU临床特征的关系。结果:在轻型RAU患者中,IL-4、IL-10表达水平明显高于正常组(P<0.05);在重型RAU患者中JFN-γ、IL-4、IL-10表达水平明显高于正常组(P<0.05);重型RAU患者IFN-γ、IL-10表达水平明显高于轻型组(P<0.05);IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-10表达水平与RAU病情严重程度正相关(P<0.05)。结论:RAU患者表现为Th2细胞占优势的免疫应答;其中IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-10表达水平与RAU病情严重程度有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the possible role and clinical significance of Th1 and Th₂ class cytokines in the pathogenesis of recurrent aphthous ulcer（RAU）.Methods:35 cases with RAU,25 of minor RAU（MiRAU） and 10 of major RAU（MaRAU）,were enrolled and 24 healthy subjects served as the controls.The expression levels of Th1 type cytokines（IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-2） and Th₂type cytokines（IL-4,IL-6,IL-10） in the serum of peripheral blood were investigated by flow cytometry CBA methods and their relationship with the clinical features of RAU was analyzed by SPSS 11.5.Results:The expression level of IL-4 and IL-10 in MiRAU group was higher than that in the controls（P < 0.05）,and the expression level of IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-10 in MaRAU group was higher than that in the controls（P <0.05）.The expression level of IFN-γ and IL-10 in MaRAU was higher than that in MiRAU.There was a positive correlation between the levels of IFN-γ,IL-4,IL-10 and the severity of RAU.Conclusion:Predominant Th2 immune response plays a role in RAU,and the level of IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-10 is correlated with the severity of RAU.更多还原
