食用菌源活性肽的研究进展
Research progress in bioactive peptides derived from edible fungus
【摘要】 大量研究证明生物活性肽可干预机体健康,如影响高血压、高脂血症、炎症、糖尿病、癌症、微生物感染以及免疫紊乱等。概述了食用菌源活性肽的种类,对常见食用菌源活性肽的研究现状进行了分析,并展望了其应用前景。
【Abstract】 Many studies showed that bioactive peptides could be used to solve health problems,such as hypertension,hyperlipidemia,inflammation,diabetes,cancer,microbial infection and immune disorders.The varieties of bioactive peptides derived from edible fungus were summarized.The current research status of common active peptides derived from edible fungus was analyzed,and its application in the future was prospected.
