【摘要】 创客是新工业革命的弄潮儿,是未来个性化制造模式的推动者。创新型人才培养实践教学活动和创客活动本质上是一致的,基于这一点首先阐明了人才培养创客化的基本内涵。进一步基于创客文化,结合实验室创客平台建设的实践历程,阐述了在自制造环境建设、开发硬件平台建设、团队建设和实验室文化建设等方面开展的有益探索。最后客观分析了实验室创客平台发展建设过程中存在的实际问题,提出了实现实验室创客平台可持续发展的应对策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Makers are viewed as the leader of the new industrial revolution and the prime mover of the individual customization production in the future.Essentially the practice of the innovative talent cultivation is consistent with the maker activity.Firstly,the basic concept of cultivating college students into makers is illustrated.Then the development course of the laboratory maker platform based on maker culture is discussed in terms of self-make condition,hardware platform,and team building and maker culture construction.Finally,the problems in building the laboratory maker platform are analyzed objectively and the coping strategies are also provided simply.更多还原
