利用团队模式提高电子工程实践课程教学质量的探索与实践

【摘要】 实践是学习基本技能和创新技术最有效的方法,但受教师工程背景和精力的影响,实践教学质量成为高等教育的短板。结合先进的团队模式教学理念,通过电子工程实践课程教学中10余名教师合作教研、共享资源,团队教师长期带领本科学生开展实践创新活动,提前辅导骨干学生(小老师),建立"指导教师—小老师—普通学生"三位一体的双循环模式,使每8位学生均能得到1位教师的精心指导,有效解决了教师精力和因材施教的难题,丰富了教学内容,提升了教学质量,实现了教学目标。

【Abstract】 Practice is the most effective way to learn basic skills and innovative technologies,but different instructors’ irregular individual ability and engineering experience have become a major constraint in improving teaching quality.In order to resolve the problem,there are more than ten teachers are organized together in the practical courses of electrical engineering with the advanced team spirits of cooperation and resource sharing.At the same time,some excellent students who have been in teacher’s scientific research team for a long time are tutored in advance as the assistants to guide other eight ordinary classmates elaborately and a tri-unity structure of"Instructor-Little Teacher-Student"is implemented with aparticular dual cycle teaching mode.It has been found that this kind of mode can enrich the practical contents,improve the class quality and achieve the aim of teaching.
