微电子教学实验室建设的探索与实践
Exploration and practice of building microelectronics teaching laboratory
【摘要】 为适应微电子产业的高速发展,高校的微电子实验室建设及实验教学对专业人才的培养发挥着极其重要的作用。微电子实验室建设主要包括微电子设计实验室和微电子工艺实验室。实验教学开设了集成电路设计综合实验和微电子工艺综合实验。学生在此完成集成电路芯片设计、制造的整个过程,并对制造的芯片进行测试和分析。微电子实验室的建设提供了优质的教学平台,将理论与实践结合、创新与实践结合,培养了学生分析问题、解决问题的能力。
【Abstract】 In order to meet the rapid development of the microelectronics industry,both the microelectronics laboratory building and experimental teaching play agreat role in fostering talents in the universities.Building microelectronics laboratory consists of building of microelectronics design center and microelectronics manufacturing technology laboratory.It is set up of the comprehensive experiment curriculum in integrated circuit design and microelectronics manufacturing technology.In the microelectronics laboratory,from design to manufacturing to testing and verification,the experiments are all finished by the students themselves.The microelectronics laboratory provides a quality education platform to combine theory with practice and innovation with practice,and improve the ability of the students in analyzing and solving problems.
