检测技术课程设计型实验系统研制
Development of designing experimental system for Detecting Technology course
【摘要】 为适应工程教育和课程教学改革的需要,构建了检测技术课程设计型实验系统,设置了位移检测6个实验项目。硬件:依托传感器实验平台,传感器信号经信号调理模块调理后,送入基于Cortex-M3的微处理器模块进行信号处理和显示;软件:采用MDK作为实验平台,给出了基本的程序模块。实验系统软硬件设计均采用模块化思想,让学生自主设计完整的检测系统,有助于培养学生工程实践能力和设计创新能力。
【Abstract】 In order to adapt to the needs of engineering education and teaching reform,a designing experimental system for Detecting Technology course is developed and six experimental projects are set up.For hardware,relying on the sensor experimental platform,the signal is processed and displayed using microprocessor module which is based on Cortex-M3,after signal conditioning.For software,MDK is used as experimental platform,and some common programs are presented.The design of software and hardware is modularized,and the students design a whole detection system independently which is helpful for cultivating engineering practice and innovation ability.
