干燥实验数据处理与教学应用探讨
Study on manipulation of data of drying and its application in teaching
【摘要】 利用Excel进行数据计算,借助Origin的邻近平均值法及傅里叶变换滤波平滑法进行图像处理,将Excel与0rigin相结合,提出了一种新的干燥速率曲线绘制方法。采用该方法能够有效地消除装置与人为误差对数据点分布的影响,简化数据处理,提高了实验结果的精确度,丰富了化工原理基础实验的教学内容,有助于锻炼学生计算机应用能力和提升基本科研素养。
【Abstract】 Determination of the drying-rate curve is one of the contents of the experiment of the principles of chemical engineering.The experimental data is calculated by using Excel,and the graph is manipulated by the smoothing function of Origin.A new plotting method of drying-rate curve is designed by combining such two kinds of software.The method could eliminate the effect of system and personal error on the experimental data obviously,simplify the data processing and enhance the experimental precision.It also could enrich the teaching contents of the experiment,which is propitious to improve the ability of computer processing and the basic scientific literacy of the students.
