【摘要】 针对传统大型仪器设备管系统在建设、购置、使用、维护及收费等模块较为独立、分散建设、系统建设缺乏整体性考虑等问题,在大型仪器设备管理系统设计中,对购置管理、资产管理及使用管理进行有机融合,建立大型仪器设备的全流程、全生命周期的信息管理系统。该系统经过2年多的建设已初步完成,为大型仪器设备管理提供了有效的手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Traditionally,most procedures including the construction,the purchase,usages,maintaining and charge in the management of large-scale instruments and equipment are independently separated,aiming at systematic construction lack of corresponding considerations in a panoramic view.Due to these problems,this paper introduces an information management system for the entire process and life cycles of large-scale instruments and equipment,specially organically combining purchase management,property management and usage management.This system is rudimentarily finished with more than two years of effort,which provides highly effective measures for advanced management on large-scale instruments and equipment.更多还原
