【摘要】 随着我国高等教育事业的不断发展和科研条件的不断改善,高校大型仪器设备的数量和质量得到了很大的提高,但现有大型仪器设备优质资源利用率低的问题仍未很好地解决。因此,依托先进的信息技术和创新的管理理念,建立基于高校大型设备优质资源共享系统的平台建设尤为重要,不仅有利于整合优质资源,提高设备管理的层次和水平,还能有效提高仪器设备共享度和使用率。结合山东大学大型仪器设备优质资源共享平台建设经验,主要阐述了共享平台分类、建设理念、系统功能及平台建设效益,旨在进一步加强仪器设备开放共享工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of higher education enterprise and improvement of scientific research conditions,the quality and quantity of large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities have been greatly improved.However,the problem of low efficiency of high quality resources has not been well solved.Therefore,it is significant to construct high quality resources sharing platform relying on advanced information technology and innovation management idea.It can not only be beneficial to integrate high quality resources and improve equipment management level,but also effectively improve the sharing degree and efficiency of the large-scale instruments and equipment.Combining with the experience platform construction of Shandong university,this paper mainly elaborates on the sharing platform classification,the construction idea,system function and construction benefit.It aims at further strengthening the equipment opening and sharing work.更多还原
