【摘要】 为有效提高实验室安全管理水平,控制实验活动中的不安全行为,在探讨实验室安全管理存在问题的基础上,将行为安全管理分析方法引入到实验室管理中。通过研究行为安全管理方法的应用过程,在以实验关键操作和操作员行为表现为切入点的基础上,设计了一种基于现场观察与干预对策的行为安全管理构建流程,并确定出10项评价实验室行为状况的关键行为。将它们应用到实验室现场行为安全管理中,取得了良好的安全效果。经过30天的现场干预改进,行为安全指数水平从73%提升至90%以上。取得的结果对实验室日常管理能起到一定的安全指导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to improve the laboratory management level and control the unsafe behavior in experimental activities,based on the probe of the problem of the current laboratory management,the method of behavior based safety is imported to the laboratory management system.By anglicizing the application process of behavior based safety,taking the current university laboratory safety management situations as background,the experimental critical mission operations and operators’ safety behavior acts are used as the focal points to conduct the behavior safety analysis,and a kind of behavior based safety process of laboratory management and a safety audit table of ten key behavior are established.When applying them into the laboratory scene behavior observation,they achieve the following good results:after 30 days on-site intervention promotion,the level of behavior safety index is upgraded from 73% to over 90% and the obtained results may play a guiding role in the daily management of laboratories.更多还原
