灰树花不同品种的农艺性状和品质比较

【摘要】 比较了3个灰树花(Grifola frondosa)品种(庆灰151、庆灰152和小黑汀)农艺性状和品质的差异,结果表明:庆灰152子实体略大于庆灰151和小黑汀,朵型接近圆球形;出菇期气温(4或11月温度范围分别为14~21℃和11~18℃)较低时庆灰151的产量高,气温较高(5或10月温度范围分别为19~24℃和18~23℃)时庆灰152产量高;庆灰151和庆灰152的干品商品性状较好;庆灰151子实体的折干率最高,庆灰152略次,二者较小黑汀有显著性差异(P<0.05)。

【Abstract】 Fruit body quality and agronomic traits of three Grifola frondosastrains,Qinghui 151,Qinghui 152 and Xiaoheiting,were compared.Qinghui 152 fruiting body assemblages were slightly larger and more circular in shape.Highest fruiting body yields during the low temperature months of April and November(when temperatures ranged between 14-21 ℃ and 11-18 ℃,respectively)were recorded with Qinghui 151,whereas highest yields during the high temperature months of May and October(when temperatures ranged between 19-24 ℃ and 18-23 ℃,respectively)were recorded with Qinghui 152.Qinghui 151 and Qinghui 152 drying rates were virtually identical and higher compared with Xiaoheiting,and dried fruiting bodies were of good appearance.
