【摘要】 1例确诊为隐球菌脑炎的患者,应用小剂量国产两性霉素B脂质体[1.5 mg/(kg·d)]联合鞘内注射两性霉素B治疗,达到完全缓解的疗效。治疗过程中观察到的主要不良反应为低血钾、血肌酐和尿素氮升高。提示国产两性霉素B脂质体治疗侵袭性真菌病疗效好,不良反应少,患者耐受性良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 A case of patient with Cryptococcus encephalitis achieved clinical complete remission after she received a therapy of the intravenous injection of low dose of domestic liposomal amphotericin B [1.5 mg/(kg·d)] combined with the intrathecal injection of amphotericin B. The main adverse reactions observed during the treatment were hypokalemia and the increase of both creatinine and blood urea nitrogen levels. This therapy showed a good efficacy, relatively less adverse reactions and better tolerability of patient when applied in the treatment of invasive fungal disease.更多还原
