【摘要】 目的 :探讨外科手术在局部晚期乳腺癌治疗中的价值。方法 :回顾性研究2010年1月-2014年12月我院收治的7例局部晚期乳腺癌患者资料,对她们均在进行新辅助治疗后施行了乳腺癌根治术,同时采用腹直肌肌皮瓣修复胸壁巨大的创面。结果 :7例患者术后切口均一期愈合,无肌皮瓣坏死及切口的延期愈合,患者及家属均对手术治疗的近期效果表示满意。结论 :外科手术能明显改善局部晚期乳腺癌患者的生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the value of surgical operation in seven cases with locally advanced breast cancer. Methods: The data on seven cases of the patients, who were diagnosed as locally advanced breast cancer in our hospital from January, 2010 to December, 2014, were retrospectively analyzed. They all accepted radical mastectomy for breast cancer after neoadjuvant therapy. Transverse rectus abdominis myocutaneous flap was used to repair the wound surface. Results: Operative incisions of seven cases were primarily healed and there were no necrotic flap and delayed healing in these patients. All of the patients and their family members were satisfied with the recent effect of operation. Conclusion: Operation can obviously improve the life quality of the patients with locally advanced breast cancer.更多还原
