【摘要】 目的 :探讨新型可吸收倒刺缝线在老年髋部骨折手术中的应用效果。方法 :收集2012年9月-2014年8月因髋部骨折行骨科手术的老年患者202例,分为观察组102例和对照组100例。切口缝合观察组用QUILL倒刺可吸收缝线,对照组用抗菌薇乔缝线。术后随访2~18个月,观察两组切口缝合时间和切口并发症。结果 :所有切口均愈合,观察组切口瘢痕较细,且无针脚瘢痕,对照组切口瘢痕略粗,并伴有针脚瘢痕。观察组切口缝合时间(14.12±1.10)min,显著短于对照组的(22.05±1.02)min,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组切口脂肪液化3例,显著低于对照组的11例(P<0.05)。结论 :新型倒刺缝线在关闭老年髋部骨折手术切口治疗中能减少缝合时间,降低切口并发症,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the application effect of the new absorbable barbed suture in the elderly hip fracture operation. Methods: Two hundred and two elderly patients who had the fracture operation because of the hip fracture from Sept. 2012 to August 2014 were collected and divided into an observation group with 102 cases and a control group with 100 cases. The absorbable barbed suture was used in the observation group, and the antibacterial Vicryl suture was used in the control group to close the incision. After the operation, the patients were followed up for 2-18 months. The closure time and complication of the incisions were observed in two groups. Results: All the incisions of two groups were healed. The scars were fine and there were no stitch scars in the observation group. The incision scar was slightly rough and the stitch had scars in the control group. The suture time in the observation group was(14.12±1.10)min and shorter than that(22.05±1.02)min in the control group, and the difference between two groups had the statistical significance(P < 0.05). There were 3 cases with fat liquefaction in the incision in the observation group, which was obviously lower than 11 ones in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The new barbed suture can shorten the close suture time and can reduce the incision complications in the treatment of the operation for the elderly hip fracture patients, which is worthy of promotion.更多还原
