长庆油田不加热集输管路压降模型比选与改进
Comparative Selection and Improvement of Pressure Drop Model for Unheated Gathering and Transportation Pipelines in Changqing Oilfield
【摘要】 结合实验所测物性参数和流变参数,分别采用一段式DuklerⅡ模型、一段式Beggs-Brill模型、一段式MUBE模型、一段式Xiao-Brill模型和三段式MUBE模型对长庆油田不加热集输管路进行计算分析,将计算结果与实测值进行对比,发现各模型均有不足。因此,针对长庆油田不加热集输管路,提出了一种新的压降组合模型,即使用一段式MUBE和一段式Xiao-Brill压降组合模型。计算结果表明,与上述压降模型对比,新组合模型的平均误差值最小,计算工作量小,模型计算结果与现场实测值基本吻合,适合长庆油田不加热集输管路的压降计算。
【Abstract】 Based on the experimentally measured physical parameters and rheological parameters, five different models, i.e.one-section Dukler II model, one-section MUBE model, one-section Beggs-Brill model,one-section Xiao-Brill model and three-section MUBE model,are applied to calculate the pressure drops of unheated gathering and transportation pipelines in Changqing Oilfield. Shortcomings are found in each model when comparing the calculation results with measured data. Therefore,a new combined drop model is proposed for the unheated gathering and transportation pipelines in Changqing Oilfield,that combines one-section MUBE and one-section Xiao-Brill pressure drop model. The results show that the new combined drop model has the smallest average error and the minimum workload compared to other drop models,and the model results are consistent with the measured data. It is suitable for the pressure drop calculation of the unheated gathering and transportation pipelines in Changqing Oilfield.
