【摘要】 介绍了国外X100、X90钢管研究及应用情况,对我国X100、X90管线钢及钢管的生产能力及X100、X90管线钢管应用可能存在的问题进行了分析。研究了大输量、高压力情况下高压输气管道中应用X100、X90的工艺方案,得出结论:具备可实施性的方案中,钢级越高,经济性越好;在大输量下,高钢级、大口径方案占优;压力越高,应用高强钢的经济效益越好。为了推动X100、X90管线钢管在高压输气管道中的应用,进一步提高我国管道技术水平,今后,在止裂韧性和强韧性匹配问题、现场施工的环焊缝问题,以及弯头、三通等管件制造等问题上,还需要加强X100、X90管线钢管应用的技术攻关。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article introduces the research and application of X100 and X90 pipeline at aboard,and analyzes the problems about the production capacity and application of X100 and X90 pipeline.Then the article studies X100 and X90 pipeline process programs in the case of large throughput and high pressure.At last,the article gets some conclusions.Under condition of large throughput and high grade steel,the case of pipeline with large diameter is better.If the pressure is higher,the economic benefit of high-strength steel is better.In order to promote the application of X100 and X90 steel in high-pressure gas pipeline and improve the technical level of pipeline in the future,the crack arrest toughness and strength matching problem,girth weld problem in site construction and elbows manufacturing problem are needed to be solved.更多还原
