【摘要】 目的 探讨输尿管结石的影像学表现及CT多平面重建(MPR)对输尿管结石的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析经临床证实的106例输尿管结石患者的影像学表现。结果 CT诊断输尿管结石102例,仅显示输尿管扩张而未见结石4例,诊断符合率96.2%。结石位于输尿管腹腔段27例;输尿管盆腔段41例;膀胱壁内段30例;双侧输尿管4例。其中输尿管结石伴软组织边缘征62例。结石上端输尿管均有不同程度的扩张、积水。本组病例在MPR上全面、直观地显示了病变部位、形态、大小、数目、继发肾盂、输尿管及肾脏积水情况。结论 多层螺旋CT扫描结合MPR对输尿管结石的定位及定性诊断具有重要价值,软组织边缘征对鉴别诊断具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the imaging features and diagnostic value of CT multiplanar reconstruction(MPR) in ureterolithiasis.Methods The imaging data of 106 cases with ureterolithiasis confirmed by ureteroscopes or excretion from urinary tract were retrospectively analyzed.Results 102 cases were diagnosed correctly by CT with the diagnose accordance rate of 96.2%.4 cases were only showed the ureteric dilatation.Stone were found in the abdominal segment of the ureter in 27 cases,the pelvic segment in 41 cases,the inner of the bladder wall segment in 30 cases,and the bilateral ureter in 4 cases.62 cases showed the soft tissue edge sign.The upper ureters were showed varied obstructive dilatation and dropsy.The location,shape,size,number of the ureteral stone,and the secondary dropsy of the urinary tract were displayed intuitively in.MPR images.Conclusion Multislice spiral CT scan combined MPR has important value in the diagnosis and localization of ureterolithiasis.Soft tissue edge sign is important for differential diagnosis and selection of therapy.更多还原
