【摘要】 目的探索FFA中前房荧光素渗漏情况在新生血管性青光眼治疗中的临床意义。方法对120例,136眼缺血性视网膜病变患者行FFA检查,观察前房荧光素渗漏情况。结果其中68例,78眼前房有不同程度的荧光渗漏。结论 FFA中观察前房荧光素渗漏情况在新生血管性青光眼的早期诊断、提示预后中起到积极的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study aims to explore the clinical significance of anterior chamber’s fluorescein leakage condition with FFA in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma. Methods FFA was performed for 136 eyes of 120 patients with ocular ischemic retinopathy to observe the anterior chamber’s fluorescein leakage condition. Results different degrees of anterior chamber fluorescein leakage was observed in 68 cases(78 eyes).Conclusion The observation with FFA of the anterior chamber’s fluorescein leakage condition can play a positive role in the early diagnosis and prognosis-prediction of neovascular glaucoma.更多还原
