【摘要】 目的探讨术后辅助化疗治疗恶性胶质瘤的效果。方法恶性胶质瘤患者60例根据入院编号的单双号分为治疗组与对照组,各30例。2组都给予手术切除治疗,对照组给予放射治疗,在此基础上治疗组加用术后替莫唑胺辅助化疗,周期为28天。结果治疗组术后28天内的脱发、肝功能异常、头痛呕吐、肾功能异常等并发症发生情况明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后的血清MGMT含量明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),同时治疗后治疗组的血清MGMT含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的中位生存时间为(18.33±2.12)个月,对照组的中位生存时间为(14.33±2.87)个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术后替莫唑胺辅助化疗治疗恶性胶质瘤能降低机体血清MGMT含量,减少术后并发症,从而提高患者的生存时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of adjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of malignant glioma.Methods 60 patients with malignant glioma were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to odd and even numbers,each with 30 patients.Both groups were given surgical resection,the control group were given radiation therapy,the treatment group received postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy with temozolomide on the basis of the control group,28 days was 1 cycle.Results Hair loss,liver dysfunction,headache,vomiting,kidney dysfunction and other complications in the treatment group on the postoperative 28 days were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the serum MGMT contents was significantly lower than before treatment in the 2 groups(P < 0.05),while after treatment the serum content MGMT contents in the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05).The median survival time in the treatment group was 18.33 ± 2.12 months,and in the control group was 14.33 ± 2.87 months,there had significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion Postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy with temozolomide for malignant glioma can reduce MGMT content and postoperative complications,thereby improve the median survival time of patients.更多还原
