【摘要】 目的分析冰冻切片误诊、漏诊的原因,研究冰冻切片的诊断要点,提高临床上甲状腺癌的确诊率。方法对比观察30例甲状腺癌患者的冰冻切片和石蜡切片结果。结果冰冻切片和石蜡切片完全符合者28例,确诊率为93.3%,冰冻切片假阴性诊断1例,延迟性诊断1例。结论冷冻诊断对甲状腺癌的诊断具有重要意义,术前准备充分、取材准确可行、制片谨慎完整,诊断仔细全面有助于提高冷冻诊断的准确率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the reasons of missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis of the frozen sections in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer,and improve the clinical diagnosis rate of thyroid carcinoma. Methods The results of frozen sections and paraffin sections of 30 patients with thyroid carcinoma were compared. Results 28 cases of thyroid cancer were diagnosed by frozen sections and paraffin sections. The positive rate of frozen section was 93. 3%. 1 case was false negative diagnosed and 1 case was delayed. Conclusion Frozen diagnosis is of great significance to the diagnosis of thyroid cancer. Sufficient preparation before the operation,accurate and feasible preparation of tissue and section,comprehensive check can improve the accuracy of diagnosis for thyroid cancer.更多还原
