【摘要】 目的探讨分析高危型HPV(人乳头瘤病毒)检测及(thin-prep cytology test,薄层液基细胞学检查)对中晚期宫颈癌患者放射性治疗后随访病情监测的临床意义。方法选取70例行放疗的中晚期宫颈癌患者,对其进行为期1年的随访,随访1年后进行高危型HPV检测、TCT及临床疗效评判,了解高危型HPV检测和TCT在患者放疗后病情监测中的意义。结果治疗前70例患者中高危型HPV阳性64例,单一高危型HPV感染51例,多重高危型HPV感染13例,TCT阳性66例;放疗后3、6、9、12个月患者的高危型HPV及TCT阳性率均有所下降,放射治疗后3个月高危型HPV阳性治疗有效与无效患者比较有统计学差异,而TCT无差异;且治疗1年后有6例复发,3例患者的两项检查均阳性,其余3例中1例为单高危型HPV阳性,2例为单TCT阳性。结论高危型HPV检测是中晚期宫颈癌放射治疗后病情监测的重要指标,TCT可以辅助HPV检查提高对宫颈癌复发的预测准确性,值得临床加以应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of high risk HPV( Human Papillomavirus) testing and TCT( thin-prep cytology test) in follow-up monitoring of advanced cervical cancer patients after radiation therapy. Methods 70 advanced cervical cancer patients treated with radiation therapy received 1-year follow up,and then received high risk HPV testing,TCT and evaluation of clinical efficacy,significance of high risk HPV testing and TCT in the monitoring of condition after radiotherapy were analyzed. Results Among 70 cases,There were 64 cases of high risk HPV positive before treatment,including 51 cases of single high risk HPV positive and 13 cases of multiple high risk HPV positive. TCT test positive were 66 cases. After radiation therapy of 3、6、9、12 months,the positive rate of high risk type HPV and TCT decreased,after 3-month radiation therapy,there had significant difference in high risk HPV positive results,but had no significant difference in TCT positive results; After 1year,6 cases recurred,3 of them had 2 positive tests,including 1 case of single HPV positive and 2 cases of multiple TCT positive. Conclusion High risk HPV testing is an important indicator in monitoring advanced cervical cancer patients’ condition after radiation therapy,TCT can improve the predictive accuracy of HPV testing for cervical cancer recurrence,it is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
