组织及血浆中MIR及VEGF水平与非小细胞肺癌的关系

【摘要】 目的探讨组织及血浆中MIR及VEGF与非小细胞肺癌的关系。方法选取75例非小细胞肺癌患者为观察组,并以同期的75例肺部良性病变患者为对照组,然后对2组组织及血浆中MIR及VEGF指标进行检测并比较,同时比较不同分期非小细胞肺癌患者的组织及血浆中的指标检测结果,并以Logistic分析处理组织及血浆中MIR及VEGF与疾病的关系。结果观察组的组织及血浆MIR及VEGF阳性表达率均高于对照组,且观察组中分期较高的非小细胞肺癌患者中MIR及VEGF阳性表达率高于分期较低的患者,经Logistic分析显示,组织及血浆中MIR及VEGF表达均与非小细胞肺癌有密切的关系,P均<0.05。结论非小细胞肺癌患者的组织及血浆中MIR及VEGF均呈现高表达状态,均与非小细胞肺癌有密切的关系。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between the tissue and plasma MIR,VEGF expression and non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 75 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were selected as the observation group,75 patients with benign lung disease at the same time were selected as the control group,then the tissue and plasma MIR and VEGF expression of the 2 groups were detected and compared,the tissue and plasma detection results of patients at different stages of non-small cell lung cancer were compared,and the relationship between the tissue and plasma MIR and VEGF expression and disease were analyzed by logistic analysis. Results The tissue and plasma MIR and VEGF expression of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the tissue and plasma MIR and VEGF expression of patients with higher stages of non-small cell lung cancer in the observation group were higher than those with lower stages of non-small cell lung cancer,and logistic analysis showed that tissue and plasma MIR and VEGF expression had close relationship with the non-small cell lung cancer,all P <0. 05. Conclusion The tissue and plasma MIR and VEGF in patients with non-small cell lung cancer have higer expression,and those indexes have close relationship with non-small cell lung cancer.
