【摘要】 目的探讨手术联合化疗治疗口腔鳞癌的近期疗效及相关肿瘤标志物判断预后的价值。方法对120例口腔鳞状细胞癌患者进行间质化疗(观察组)或常规化疗(对照组)联合手术治疗,各60例,收集血清样本并检测血清中Cyfra21-1含量。结果观察组术后复发率、原发病灶大小变化、生存率、不良反应发生率、术后淋巴转移率均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组术前淋巴结转移率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗前血清Cyfra21-1含量肿瘤复发及已死亡患者高于存活和未复发患者(P<0.05)。结论间质化疗联合手术治疗对口腔鳞癌有效较好的临床疗效,其治疗前Cyfra21-1水平对其预后判断具有一定的临床参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the short-term effect of chemotherapy combined with surgery for oral squamous cell carcinoma and predictive value of Cyfra21-1 on prognosis. Methods 120 oral squamous cell carcinoma patients were divided into 2groups. The observation group received interstitial chemotherapy combined with surgery,and the control group received conventional chemotherapy combined with surgery,and the specimen of serum were collected to detect Cyfra21-1. Results The recurrence rate,change of primary lesion size,survival rate,adverse reactions rate and lymph node metastasis rate in the observation group was superior to those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The lymph node metastasis rate before surgery were not significantly different( P > 0. 05) 。The level of Cyfra21-1 in patients with recurrence and dead patients were higher than that of surving patients and patients without recurrence,the difference was statistically significant( P <0. 05). Conclusion Interstitial chemotherapy combined with surgery is effective for oral squamous cell carcinoma,and serum Cyfra21-1 level before treatment is of potential predictive value on prognosis.更多还原
