硫磺回收装置避免停工过程烟气SO2超标排放的措施及效果
MEASURES FOR AVOIDING EXCESSIVE EMISSION OF SO2 DURING BREAKDOWN MAINTENANCE OF SULFUR RECOVERY UNIT AND THE EFFECTS
【摘要】 由于仪表控制、在线监测手段不断完善和高活性催化剂的研发应用,装置正常生产时能满足烟气中SO2≯960 mg/m3国家标准要求,但装置停工过程中,尚存在烟气SO2排放超标现象。2014年9月,洛阳分公司在装置传统停工程序方面进行优化创新,对Claus催化剂钝化期间产生的SO2做回收处理,装置停工过程中烟囱烟气中SO2排放≯600 mg/m3,硫磺回收装置停工一次,向大气减排SO2总量约46 t,具有显著的社会效益,在装置"清洁吹扫、绿色停工"方面总结了经验,为装置技术进步做了有益探索。
【Abstract】 Because of the application of instrument control,continuously improving online monitoring and high activity catalyst,SO2 emission during normal processing of sulfur recovery unit can meet the national emission standard of not more than 960 mg/m3.But during the shutdown period of the unit,SO2 emission may exceed the emission standard.In September 2014,through optimization and innovation of traditional shutdown procedures in Luoyang Branch Company,SO2 from the process of Claus catalyst passivation was recovered and treated.SO2 emission concentration was controlled at not more than 600 mg/m3 and the reduced SO2 discharged to atmosphere was 4-6 t per shutdown.These measures brought obvious social benefits.This paper summed up the experience in the " clean purging and green shutdown",which makes beneficial exploration for technical progress of sulfur recovery unit.
